Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team at a leading construction company based in Riyadh. If you possess strong leadership and management skills, along with a proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  5. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling expenditures.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  7. Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  9. Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  5. Proficient in project management tools and software.
  6. Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. Project Management certification (PMP) is required.
