Project ManagerJob Location : Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities :•Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.•Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.•Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.•Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.•Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.•Manage stakeholder communications and progress reporting.•Resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.Qualifications & Experience :•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).•20+ years of proven experience in construction project management.•Strong background in supervision and consultancy projects.•Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.•Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills :•Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).•Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.•Knowledge of Saudi building codes and industry standards.
