Job Description

As a Project Manager in the facility management industry at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact the successful completion of the project.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the facility management industry.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
