As an Architectural Fit-out/Finishes Project Manager, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of thefit-out and finishes phase of construction projects. Work closely with the Technical team, sub-contractors, suppliers,and other stakeholders to ensure that the architectural finishes and fit-outs are executed according to the projectspecifications, quality standards, and timeline.Main Responsibilities but not limited to:? Project Planning and Coordination: Responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinatingwith various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. This includes coordinating with architects, designers,contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.?? Quality Control: Responsible for ensuring that all architectural finishes and fit-outs are installed and executed accordingto the project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations. This includes conducting regularinspections and quality checks to ensure that the work meets the required standards.?? Procurement and Material Management: Responsible for procurement of materials and finishes, coordinating withsuppliers, and managing the inventory to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials as per the project schedule.This includes reviewing and approving shop drawings, samples, and material submittals.?? Budgeting and Financial Management: Responsible for managing the project budget, tracking costs, and ensuring thatthe project is executed within the allocated budget. This includes reviewing and approving contractor invoices, changeorders, and managing cost variations.?? Stakeholder Communication: Responsible for maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders including theconsultant, client, design team, contractors, and suppliers. This includes conducting regular project meetings, providingprogress updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.?? Risk Management: Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the architectural finishes and fit-outsphase of the project. This includes proactive risk assessment, developing contingency plans, and implementing riskmitigation measures to ensure smooth project progress.?? Health and Safety: Responsible for ensuring that all work related to architectural finishes and fit-outs is executed incompliance with health and safety regulations, and that proper safety measures are in place to protect workers andoccupants of the building.
