Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh and Tabuk Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction, execution, and completion of projects within the given deadlines and budget.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  2. Create and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives.
  4. Allocate project resources and ensure their availability throughout the project.
  5. Monitor project progress and implement any necessary changes to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 12 years experience in Fit-out, finishing, interior design, and theming projects & more than 7 years experience in similar role.
  2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering preferably in Architectural & PMP Certification.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
  5. Preferably from contracting construction background.
  6. Ability to work under pressure & strict deadline.
