Job Description

Should possess experience as an Project Manager - Operation & Maintenance of supervision projects and the responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Liaising meeting with the Owner and Contractor.
  • Develops necessary policies, procedures for Operation & Maintenance for all disciplines, QA/QC Plan, HSE, finance & cost control, subcontracting, maintenance and logistics function to maintain efficient operational performance.
  • Oversees day-to-day operation & maintenance processes.
  • Coordinates with all discipline engineers.
  • Conducts internal meeting with all discipline engineers for all project issues.
  • Conducts periodical meeting with the Contractor.
  • Oversees preventive maintenance plans of equipment and machinery and allocated budget for operations and maintenance ensuring adequacy and adherence.
  • Coordinates with client, contractor and subcontractors for clear identification of scope of assigned work against potential variations.
  • Develops and maintains operation maintenance plans to include all program requirements.
