The candidate isÿrequired urgently to be available to join within one month.ú Full responsibility of managing the Project, Technically & Administratively in coordination with the Project management.ú Directly supervises the Project?s senior personnel.ú Maintains and co-ordinates Project activities with the client?s representatives.ú Co-ordinate all activities between Project and other Operation & Maintenance Projects and Departments.ú Checks & approves Project materials, supply requisitions and statements.ú Responsible to maintain, implement, and monitor the approved budget. Recommends operating budget.ú Ensures Preventive Maintenance program is carried out and recorded for future use.ú Ensures discipline, safety and good conduct among all staff.ú Assists in proper planning of client?s visits.ú Initiates regular reports about the actual status of the project.ú Keeps high professional environment.ú Avoids the redundancy of manpower and selects the right man in the right place and improves employee?s productivity, efficiency and morale.ú Ensures terms and conditions of Projects contract are implemented.ú Saves money & minimize unnecessary expenses or wastage.ú Evaluates the performance of staff and feeds back results to General Manager.ú Secures payment certificates when required.ú Understands and complies with all published policies & procedures and ensures compliance of subordinates with such policies and procedures.ú Participates in the development of training programs and follows up their implementation.ú Provides timely and efficient response to customer complaints.ú Provides client?s status reports when requested in coordination with Area and Operations Manager.ú Advises Area Manager of situations which may adversely affect customer relations.ú Full presence in the project.ú Perform other duties as assigned.
