Job Description

Local Real Estate company looking for Project Manager to lead a massive project.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Responsibilities

  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Defining scope and cost of work - making sure quotes and budgets are considered and accurate, timeframes are workable, project scopes are clearly defined and the necessary skills and resources are available and allocated to the project.
  • Keeping projects on track, by guiding production briefs from concept through to clear deliverables, creating clear task lists, tracking issues and coordinating team status meetings and reports, resulting in clear actions and communication to keep all stakeholders informed of the projects progress
