The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering the project results within a fixed timeframe from project initiating to the project closing., budget, scope, and quality. This is a complex and high-profile project with many stakeholders. He will be responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of business and technical changes through the lifecycle of the project. He will be also responsible for regular and effective communication with key stakeholders to report progress, resolve issues and mitigate risks where necessary. He will be required to matrix manage teams to ensure delivery against exacting quality and time pressures, managing conflicting priorities. 1.Assist the Program Director to implement the Mega Gov. project for the assigned Region, including the project plan and interdependencies.2.Create a detailed workplan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully completethe project. Review, update and manage the plan as required during all stagesof the Project. Provide accurate and timely reports to ensure governance.3.Manage project staffaccording to Company policies and procedures.4. Managing all project phases including envisioning, development, testing and deployment.5. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables.6.Matrix manage multi-disciplinaryteams to deliver the project against agreed success factors.7.Work with Functionalmanagers to ensure supplier relationships are maximized to ensure effectivedelivery across the project.8.Manage and resolveescalations and provide affective support to the Program Director9.Assist the ProgramDirector to ensure the project workstreams are effectively defined and plannedand aligned to the overall program.10.Liaise with ProgramDirector to agree list of priorities and manage each to timely conclusion.11.Assist the ProgramDirector to manage key interdependencies within the project and those externalto the project.12.Manage all project level risks and issues,seeking support and direction as required from the Program Director/ ProgramManager and Program Management Office.13.Ensure feedback from Quality audits is properlyaddressed and corrective actions implemented within the assigned Project.14.Manage stakeholders, both internal and external,including suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
