? Ensure that all hospital projects are delivered on-time, within scope and withinbudget.? Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, tospecifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.? Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.? Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.? Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.? Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; providesrecommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project ifappropriate).? Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.? Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.? Ensures compliance with policies, local, industry, contractual, and companyregulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.? Prepare and monitor Physician performance review database (part-time/full-time)? Arrange performance meetings between departments and the Director General andfollow-up meeting recommendations.? Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Director General and theorganizations systems and methods.? Assist in plan and specific analysis in order to provide clear, traceable andcoordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction and act as liaisonwith subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested bysupervision.EducationRequired? Bachelors degree in related field.? PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certificationsdesirable.ExperienceRequiredFour (04) years of responsible coordination experience; or an acceptable equivalentcombination and experience.Good knowledge of Hospital operations and specifically of the assigned department.Proven working experience in project management and strategic management.
