Job Description

On behalf of an Artisan Heritage client that preserves the traditional arts and craftsmanship across Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a Project Manager to manage their major projects.?The ideal applicants must be dedicated, hardworking, technically minded with an excellent, customer-facing presence, sharp critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning.

  • You will assist in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to retail clients.
  • Coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects.
  • Develop concrete, detailed plans for each project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project.
  • Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans
  • Able to lead multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines; coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained.?
  • Ensure adequate documentation is maintained and delivered to adhere to reporting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
  • Ensure projects are on track, communicate the obstacles if they are not, and focus all parties toward successful completion.
