? MUST be Saudi National and hold a ?PMP Certificate?????Assist the Programme Director to implement the TETRA MoI project for the assigned Region, including the project plan and inter dependencies.???Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Review, update and manage the plan as required during all stages of the Project. Provide accurate and timely reports to ensure governance.?????Maintain accurate Project records.?????Manage project staff according to Company policies and procedures?????Matrix ?manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the project against agreed success factors.?????Work with Functional managers to ensure supplier relationships are maximised to ensure effective delivery across the project.???Manage and resolve escalations and provide effective support to the Programme Director????Assist the Programme Director to ensure the project work streams are effectively defined and planned and aligned to the overall programme.???Liaise with Programme Director to agree list of priorities and manage each to timely conclusion.????Assist the Programme Director to manage key inter-dependencies within the project and those external to the project.????Manage all project level risks and issues, seeking support and direction as required from the Programme Director/ Programme Manager and Programme Management Office.????Ensure feedback from Quality audits is properly addressed and corrective actions implemented within the assigned Project.????Manage stakeholders, both internal and external, including suppliers and MoI to ensure timely delivery.?????5 years of project management experience gained in a related field, with at least 2 years as a project manager with successful delivery of complex programmes.??????PMP certified or alternative recognised project management certification?????First degree in engineering discipline
