To coordinate and collaborate with Event Manger(s) to ensure smooth execution of the assigned projects and lead the entire project life-cycle at all phases from coordination with Design Department to implementation and dismantling.Key responsibilities??????????Assist the Event Manager in preparing project plans and coordination for approval with the various departments.?????????Assist the Event Manager in coordinating and scheduling activities, focus on day to day operational activities of the projects and financial tracking of each projects.?????????Specifying project objectives and plans including budgeting, scheduling and selecting of project vendors/supplier.?????????Maximizing resource efficiency (Vendors, suppliers, man-power)?????????Planning of day to day tasks in accordance with each project requirements.?????????Management of client relationships on site, and attendance of in any meetings with the client.?????????Maintain documentation in order to ensure proper archiving of past projects.?????????On-site management and supervision of any event installations and operation, and ensure that starting and closing of any project are on time.?????????Reporting to the Events manager of any issues, shortfalls and general progress, reporting of any defective or missing equipment during delivery and installation, and to ensure all equipment is checked back in and loaded on dismantling?????????React effectively and deal with issues in timely manner in and out of working hours when required.
