Manage individual project execution and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, and HSE and?sustainability standards through proper management and coordination with the GC/PMC?
Coordinate with Schedule and Cost Control to prepare project budget and schedule for Development Managers, and review?schedule and budget submitted by GC/PMC?
Ensure effective mobilization and implementation of the required systems, people, processes and equipment as defined in?the project plan of individual project/ phase?
Ensure all contracts required to complete the projects are in place, coordinate tendering and hiring of GC/PMCs (if?required), executive architects, general contractors, and quantity surveyors?
Fill out the scope of construction activities for GC/PMC, perform technical evaluation of bids (if required), and review the?technical evaluation conducted by the GC/PMC for construction subcontractor bids (if required)?
Ensure all permits and licenses are provided in a timely manner in coordination with Interfaces?
Ensure proper translation of approved project design and development briefs into delivered properties and address design?issues (i.e. change orders) in coordination with Design?
Perform tracking of project progress with support from Schedule and Cost Control and inform Delivery (L3) of any critical?misalignments with budget and schedule?
Recommend any relevant changes in schedule or design to Delivery (L3)?
Coordinate with Schedule and Cost Control regarding schedule and budget overruns and develop alleviating action plans?
Perform monitoring of external contractors during execution, review their performance, and ensure that all contractual?requirements are met in coordination with Contract Administration?
Coordinate with Finance with regards to projects accounting and payments?
Ensure onsite filing, control, and maintenance of project design and execution documents??
Perform final handover to asset operator of properties for individual project with GC/PMC?
Review change order requests in coordination with Design, and validate them if justified?
Propose and review value engineering ideas in coordination with Design, and validate them if justified
