SummaryResponsible for establishing, and forecasting total program costs, and monitoring change order, and working with stakeholders.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Monitors and controls the mega project costs, coordinates activities of the Mega Projects, and ensures adherence to project management minimum standards.2. Confers with the project manager to understand the scope of a project.3. Applies appropriate project management tools, including reporting and monitoring systems.4. Develops and maintains the department?s internal policiesand/or procedures (IPPs).5. Coordinates with project team to ensure that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities.6. Develops, records and reports on project plans and progress,and contract or payments according to contract, and project man-hours.7. Provides support to the process of strategic road map performance reporting.8. Maintains knowledge on current trends in specialty and recommends improvements or implementation.9. Attends meetings or committees as assigned.10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.11. Participates in self and other?s education, training and development, as applicable.12. Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMaster?s, or Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredFive (5) years of related experience with Master?s or seven (7) years with Bachelor?s Degree; including two (2) years in project management /supervision related job is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)*Saudi National Only.*Certified Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) is preferred.
