Job Description

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and delivering complex projects within a PMO environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project success and contribute to the overall growth and maturity of our PMO function.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and risk management.
  • Oversee project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with the PMO standards and governance framework.
  • Implement and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools in alignment with the PMO?s best practices.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to other project managers, contributing to their professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment between departments and projects.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
