Job Description

The Project Estimator with Furniture Experience is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of furniture projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In addition to the responsibilities of a regular Project Estimator, they will also specialize in estimating the costs of furniture materials, labor, and installation for interior design projects.Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the estimated costs of furniture materials, labor, and installation.
  2. Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate cost projections for furniture projects.
  3. Prepare detailed cost estimates for furniture materials, labor, and installation.
  4. Obtain and review quotes from furniture suppliers and subcontractors.
  5. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure furniture materials are sourced at competitive prices.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on furniture projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
  3. Experience working with interior designers and architects on furniture projects.
  4. Proficient in using estimation software and tools specific to furniture projects.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
