We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (licensed by the Saudi Council of Engineers as a Consultant or Professional Engineer)Technical Expertise:Comprehensive experience with Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and standards.Certifications:PMP certificationMain Responsibilities:Develop and lead project partnerships, securing resources and capabilities to obtain projects.Manage projects comprehensively from the preparation phase to final delivery.Prepare technical documentation for project evaluation at a high level.Oversee project execution according to Saudi quality standards.Manage relationships with supervising consultants and relevant government entities.Control operational costs for materials and resources.Monitor implementation plans and ensure compliance with ministry codes.Manage contracts, requirements, and periodic deliverables at a high level.Skills Required:Strong skills in planning, organizing, and project management, with the ability to perform financial and technical analysis.
