Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Service Operations Manager KSA, the job holder will handle the project execution in Saudi Arabia to ensure the successful completion of dormakaba direct contracting projects within the agreed cost, time, and quality standards. He/she will be responsible for all resources, materials, and equipment from the start until the end of the project. The job holder will be interfacing with customers and delivering maximum standards of efficiency, customer satisfaction, stakeholder management, and resource optimization.What you can expectoSupervise projects assigned by the line manager of existing customers and new business prospects through project management tools, attending technical meetings, and aligning between customers goals and dormakaba deliveryoEnsure that excellent customer service is provided in the respective area of responsibility and that all customer complaints and queries are handled efficiently, effectively, and professionally through various means of communicationoPerform site visits, manage installation schedules, manage third-party installers or dormakaba in-house installation teamoManage and maintain the quality on-site, receive a handover from third-party subcontractors, and perform handover to our clientsoManage risk and risk analysis prior to project execution through analysis of contracts & timelinesoIdentifies risks throughout the project execution phaseoMake sure payments are conducted as per project termsoIdentifies and manages variations and manages overall project net profitoReview shop drawings as required, and perform full technical submittalsoManage all resources, materials, and equipment required for each project to deliver the project effectively and efficientlyoLiaises and provides updates/answers to contractors, architects, consultants, and owners during key phases of the projectoCollaborate with other dormakaba teams to consistently improve workflow processes & procedures to achieve the best possible lean optionoManage handover documentation, snag listing, and warranty documentation by coordinating with dormakaba service teamoFrequent travel to job sites to discuss issues with partners and to attend site meetings to make sure execution is on trackoProvide solutions with the best combination of products, services, logistics, and support in variations occurring in projects
