Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the low current projects across KSA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of low current projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 6 years of experience in low current projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Minimum 10 years experience in project management
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  5. Extensive knowledge of low current systems, including security systems, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
