Minimum (12) years design/construction experience in senior management positions in the organization and control of civil engineering for major development projects. 8 years of which performing Historical Assets Investigation Campaigns and Conversion works. Has Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture, or Architectural Engineering or Conservation or related disciplines with experience executing similar projects from an accredited institution. Able to provide the personnel management, organization and technical leadership necessary to accomplish the goals of the Project / Contract.. Can lead the planning and the delivery of the Project?s Archaeological, Digital, Measured Drawings, Surveying, Testing, Topography, Engineering, Propping, Shoring, Manufacturing and Temporary Protection Measures / Activities. Significant experience is required in Saudi Arabia / Middle East or similar environment. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
