Your Role:
In this role, you?ll oversee every step of the large-scale scattered project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring that budgets are managed, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders are kept happy.
Establish the PMO organization structure, hire and manage project staffing requirements in line with project objectives.
Create a center for excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
Set annual performance targets and measure the performance of the team.
