We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with Notion certification to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum processes and helping the team to improve their agility and productivity.Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective meetings.- Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices to ensure effective collaboration and communication.- Build frameworks and systems to help manage and track project progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Notion.- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is up-to-date and prioritized.- Identify and remove impediments that prevent the team from achieving their goals.- Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and adhering to Agile principles.- Measure and report on team performance using Agile metrics.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.- Work closely with technical support teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
