Job Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the project controls team.
  • Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements.
  • Developing project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
  • Establishing and managing the WBS and project master schedule.
  • Establishing and managing the CBS, budget, and project cost control.
  • Establishing and managing the risk management plan.
  • Establishing and managing document control.
  • Establishing and managing change control.
  • Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis.
  • Provide monthly and weekly reports.
  • Preparing and making presentations.
