Project Control Manager M/F Project Control Manager M/FPosition description Job titleProject Control Manager M/F Contract typePermanent contract Job descriptionThe Project Controls Manager develops, manages, and executes all phases of the projects control effort (planning/scheduling, progress performance and cost analysis). He/she is in charge of guiding project team to analyse, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones. - Providing an oversight for development, review and monitoring of project schedules and the master program schedule incorporating the individual package schedules - Developing and managing project reporting formats and procedures - Developing and managing the system, structure and tools for document management systems - Providing recommendations to manage project risks and improve the financial performance of the project - Supporting the project team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems - Interfacing with the Clients, attending regular meetings, and providing statistical reports - Providing guidance and specialized assistance for issues related to project cost and time - Managing and coordinating the preparation and maintenance of budgets and cost estimates - Leading the development and maintenance of WBS and development of schedules and budget data for WBS elements - Developing and maintaining status reports including schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance and earned value reports - Generating critical milestones for the construction stage through detailed discussions with the Project Manager, and evaluation of interfaces - Monitoring and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work - Monitoring actual production rates and compare with plan - Managing regular site inspections to assess contractor?s work progress based on approved schedule - Managing the assessment of the impact of design and construction changes and schedule slippages - Providing management of controls team consisting of project controls specialist, planning and scheduling engineers, cost engineers, quantity surveyors, graphic designers and document controllers Profile- Must hold a B. Sc. In Civil / Architect / or equivalent from a recognized university or college. - Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning, budgeting, Earned Value Management, cost management and control from the project initiation to close out phases on large to mega infrastructure/building programs. - Has experience in airports industry or similar industry. - Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skills. - Professional level in using Primavera or MS project is a must.Position location Job locationMiddle-East/North Africa, Saudi Arabia CityRiyadhCandidate criteria Minimum level of education required4-Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science Minimum level of experience requiredOver 10 years LanguagesEnglish (3- Independant - Business fluent) OrganisationEgis is a global consulting and engineering firm working in construction, transport and mobility services.
