Co-operates closely with assigned TAP PMO Project Manager, focusing on projects under the respective TAP PMO Project Manager?s authority
Controls schedule, cost & risk and drafts corrective action as input for Project Manager
Carries out periodic project reporting within TAP PMO structures and consults with TAP PMO Project Manager in case of need
Controls documents and their flow on project level (as interface to central TAP PMO document repository) and consults TAP PMO Document Controller
Supports the project manager on all administrative matters related to the project, e.g. contracting, approvals, check-lists, etc.
Aligns with other TAP PMO professionals
Promotes ?safety first? policy and ensures inclusion of high HSE standards
Keeps abreast of regional and international trends to identify best practices that may be adapted for use in TAP PMO to improveperformance.
