We are seeking experienced Project/Construction Managers, preferably US or UK nationals, to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and industry knowledge to ensure successful project execution. Key qualifications and responsibilities include:Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.•Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.•Proficiency in Primavera software and other project scheduling applications.•Extensive experience in site construction, particularly in the installation of steel storage tanks according to API 650 standards, silos, pressure vessels, and structural steel works.•Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with a focus on ensuring compliance with ISO standards.•Prior experience working directly for main contractors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Responsibilities:•Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.•Oversee site operations, including coordination of resources, materials procurement, and subcontractor management, to ensure efficient project progress.•Utilize Primavera software and other project management tools to develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate potential delays.•Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.•Implement effective documentation and reporting procedures, maintaining accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and compliance documentation.•Lead regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.•Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure project success.If you meet the qualifications and are seeking an exciting opportunity to lead challenging construction projects, we encourage you to apply.
