The Program Manager will:

Own overall quality performance across the different Access Points products
Become an expert on products and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues its rapid growth
Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership and partners
Perform data analysis and develop actionable insights about business performance to drive change
Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the way we work with partners
Lead and participate in projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion.
Partner with global counterparts to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices
Develop tools and mechanisms to drive the execution of Driver Support, Customer Service, and our Partners
