The program aims to support building the MENA regions entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting some of the best startups and entrepreneurs throughout Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.The accelerator is a 12-week program that leverages 500 Globals tried and true world-class curriculum for Pre-Seed/Seed-Stage founders, focusing on fundamentals of growth and experimentation. The program offers founders international mentorship and an equity investment.What You Will DoWe are looking for a Program Manager to execute the operations of our accelerator in Saudi Arabia, taking a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the programs success. The Program Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our program, including budget management, program design, curriculum planning, mentor scheduling, securing startup companies to register and participate in our programs, supporting with partner and client management, as well as administrative duties. Experience with logistics and event planning, as well as familiarity with the early stage venture-backed ecosystem across KSA, is preferred.This position is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia starting immediately. The role will have a 4-month probationary period. You will be expected to be available at all accelerator and event times scheduled for the duration of the program - whether remote or in-person.
