We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our client?s team in the aviation sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring coordination and resource optimization- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that program objectives are met and deliverables are achieved- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologiesRequirements:- Saudi National with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on strategic execution- Industry experience in Aviation, Technology, Aerospace, Defense, or related fields is a bonus- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
