The program aims to support building the MENA regions entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting some of the best startups and entrepreneurs throughout Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.The accelerator is a 12-week program that leverages 500 Globals tried and true world-class curriculum for Pre-Seed/Seed-Stage founders, focusing on fundamentals of growth and experimentation. The program offers founders international mentorship and an equity investment.What You Will DoThis role will be a key support role in delivering a successful accelerator program. You will be responsible for the daily success of the program, creating a positive experience for all participants. Responsibilities will range from community management to logistical support. You will report to the Program Manager responsible for the overall program and account management.This role is a learning opportunity for an aspiring Accelerator Manager to get hands-on experience. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties, supporting both in-person and virtual events, day-to-day management, and sharing and collecting information with program participants. You will be interacting with founders, mentors, and other program stakeholders on a daily basis.This position is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia starting immediately. The role will have a 4-month probationary period. You will be expected to be available at all accelerator and event times scheduled for the duration of the program - whether remote or in-person.
