Program Associate Riyadh, Riyadh Minimum ExperienceMid-level We are looking for a Program Associate who will take a key supporting role in the development and delivery of the accelerator. In addition, to play a key role in coordinating with the programs Internal and External Stakeholders. Plug and Play is establishing a new Accelerator in Saudi Arabia to revive Cyber Security & Enterprise 2.0 innovation. It is sponsored by a key government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Kingdom and the GCC through an immersive program that will have workshops, mentorship, coaching, and events to drive their product, talent, business, and fundraising efforts forward. The Program Associate?s main role will be: * Responsible for day-to-day project management activities * Responsible for maintaining the project management tool, including creating new tasks, tracking existing tasks, reporting delayed tasks. * Arranging Program governance activities and documentation * Responsible for building progress reports, minutes of meetings, and briefing reports. * Support the Marketing Communication team on event management activities and branding Requirements: * Experience in leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator * Experience in project management, and project management tools and concepts * Experience in team support and client-facing activities * A passion for entrepreneurship is a must and startup experience a plus * Professional written and verbal communication skills - English (necessary) and Arabic (highly desired) * KSA National preferred but not essential Location Riyadh, Riyadh Minimum Experience Mid-level
