We are a leading engineering consultancy based in Riyadh, seeking a qualified candidate for the position of:Professional Civil EngineerRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringCertified "Professional Engineer" by the Saudi Council of Engineers.Relevant work experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Thorough understanding of all regulations and requirements related to construction permits.Previous experience in supervising residential and commercial projects.Ability to prepare and review architectural plans according to local codes and building regulations.Strong communication skills with relevant authorities (municipalities, clients, engineering offices).Proficiency in using relevant engineering software.SkillsPreparation of designs and architectural plans for various projects.Monitoring the issuance of construction permits and ensuring compliance with regulations.Supervision of project execution and ensuring quality of work.Coordination with other engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical).Preparation of regular technical reports.
