The role responsible to drive a small production team forward on a day to day basis whilst achieving set foods quality standards and Health and Safety Standards and KPIs. support and encourage the team in ensuring maximum utilization of operational staff and equipment.Responsibility:Ensure quality standards are achieved.Ensure adherence to all company quality, safety, environmental & production procedures and policies.Control staff levels & report and undertake disciplinary matter (to verbal level) in line with company policy.Ensure the use of W.I.s procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operationsRequirements:Experience for 3 years in Manufacturing and production filed2 years experience in team management Working experience in food production, factory environmentSkills in Flexibility/Adaptability, Teamwork and strong Communication skillsEnglish language is a MUSTHigh school diploma
