Job Description

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor and ensuring that production targets are met.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  2. Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
  4. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
