We are looking for a driven Production Manager for a furniture manufacturing facility in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing daily production operations and ensuring quality standards are met while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.The main responsibilities include:Managing and monitoring daily production operations within the factory.Planning production and monitoring the implementation of operational plans.Supervising workers and technicians and distributing tasks.Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications.Improving productivity and reducing waste and operational costs.Coordinating with purchasing, maintenance, and inventory departments.Preparing regular reports for management.SkillsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.3 to 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing.Previous experience in supervising production teams.Good knowledge of quality systems and factory management.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.Conditions:Aged between 28 and 33 years.Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.Preferred candidates with experience in manufacturing plants that rely on MTO (Make to Order) production.
