Job Description

We are a leading cement manufacturer and supplier, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cement production and the industrial sector, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing manufacturing operations, improving quality and efficiency, and meeting production goals.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the cement production process, including raw materials, inventory, production lines, and quality control.
  • Ensure that all production processes are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement and process optimization.
  • Manage a team of production supervisors and operators.
