Job Description

Objectives:Our client, diversified the leading chain of pastry shops in KSA, is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of the position is to create B2B sales and business development strategies in the KSA market.Job Responsibilities:

  • To increase productivity by production units and by production employee by 30% through:
  • Implementing and tracking monthly, weekly, and daily quotas per production units and by production employee.
  • Adopting accountability and KPIs for productions.
  • Motivating and taking corrective actions to maximize output efficiency.
  • Adapting production planning to achieve production maximization.
  • Impose discipline and food safety as per HACCP and ISO 22000.
  • Train production employees on improving production output.
  • Recommend corrective measures to upper management to improve productivity per employee and implement approved steps.
  • Adapt cost cutting in raw material, overhead and labor cost.
  • Improve costing measures per SKUs.
  • Handle daily supervision of production units.
  • Coordinate effectively among upper management, logistic person in charge and head of sections.
