Job Description

Alwatania Bricks factory in Dhurma is looking for Production Manager with excelent experience in the production field of the Red BricksBrief RoleSupervise all the manufacturing processes by ensuring that all policies and rules are followed by staff while production of bricks. Also ensure that goods are produced efficiently and effectively according to customer?s requirement. And the correct amount is produced at the right cost, Right time at the best level of quality standards. Also manage the required needs of raw material availability. Inspection of produced bricks with quality standards before final inspection by production manager.Responsibilities

  • Supervising the production staff and Production processes to meet the required production.
  • Supervise and manage the production activities to ensure that production is on time with best quality.
  • Monitor and check the given ratio of mix material. Monitor the tunnel kiln temperature.
  • Supervise the production workflow and handle the critical situation with quick respond.
  • Monitor that final produced bricks are according to Quality and standard.
  • Prepare a report on production activities to production manager for analysis on weekly basis.
  • Check the production processes and recommend changes for improvement if required.
  • Follow the instructions from marketing department to know the customer requirement on regular basis.
  • Monitor that employees working in production department are following the safety precautions.
  • Develop inventory control techniques to avoid shortage and excess.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery of raw material.
  • Assist the production manager and quality Assurance supervisor in controlling production costs while maintaining the quality standards.
  • Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.
  • Assist the engineers for maintenance of machinery and equipment?s during shut down.
  • Any other job assigned by General Manager.
