1.Product Functionality Testing: Assist in pre-launch functionality testing from the customers point of view, communicate closely with the frontline team and the product team to sort out issues and push forward product improvement;2.Product process sorting: sort out the onboarding process of onboarding products and assist in the information entry and review of merchant onboarding;3.Project promotion: Participate in the daily operation and management of the team, collaborate with the production and research team to implement the project, and participate in the sales teams process sorting and tool making to ensure that the teams goals are achieved;4.Market Visit and Research: Based on the business development needs, understand the operation situation of catering shops in Saudi Arabia market, output corresponding research report and provide suggestions for product design.
