Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage end-to-end procurement for ICT infrastructure, Drive-Thru solutions, Digital Technologies, Cloud Services, Managed Services, spare parts, and consumables.Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor selection processes.Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, customs coordination, warehousing, inventory planning, and distribution.Oversee warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counting, asset tracking, and warehouse compliance.Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and technology partners while monitoring supplier performance and SLAs.Develop demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment strategies.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Saudi regulations, import/export requirements, and corporate governance standards.Manage procurement budgets, cost optimization initiatives, payment terms, warranties, and commercial contracts.Monitor procurement and supply chain KPIs, prepare management reports, and drive continuous process improvement across the MENA region.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.MCIPS/CIPS certification is mandatory.Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Proven experience in ICT, Technology, Digital Solutions, Cloud Services, Managed Services, and project-based procurement.Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and 3PL operations.Experience working with multinational suppliers, OEMs, and ERP/Procurement systems.Excellent leadership, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Valid Saudi/GCC driving license and transferable Iqama are preferred.Willingness to travel across the MENA region.
