  • Supervise all aspects of procurement including the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Work together with suppliers to find and buy unique food and drinks that match the business style and make the customers happy.
  • Manage the procurement of retail merchandise, including souvenirs, clothing, and other items sold.
  • Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to avoid stockouts or excess inventory and waste.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers, ensuring they can meet the specific needs and quality pricing, and sustainability criteria standards for the business.
