Ability to converse effectively in both Arabic and English? Negotiation - A strong experience in negotiating and business planning to source maximum number of vehicles and increase the sourcing pool.? Business Development - A good network in Saudi Arabia automobile market to onboard and partner with as many dealers as possible.? Account Management - A strong acumen in managing dealer accounts to constantly grow the business and keep the relationship going.? Success metrics - Develop the required metrics to measure performance of sourcing and procurement processes? Research orientation - You will be responsible for gathering marketing intelligence and present it in a way that customers and colleagues can understand? Analytical ability - We take an intensely data-driven approach to run our business. In order to efficiently manage the work, we need to constantly monitor and understand trends and use our data to make the right, data-driven operational decisions? Business instinct - Inherently curious by nature, you enjoy thinking about what makes different businesses tick. You?d be excited to master our business model, and bring something new to the table?
