Handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical , low current and associated spare parts, Consumables, etc..
Overall 10-15 years? experience, out of which 7 years in field of materials and services procurement for services in a managerial position.
Experience in procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
Experience in procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
Capable of Preparing procurement reports.
Experience with the field.
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of the construction industry and materials to understand the overall picture.
