Procurement Buyer. Summary Description The primary function of the Buyer role is to support day to day sourcing activities for assigned purchase requisitions as determined by the line Manager. 2. Role and Responsibilities · Adhere to procurement and contracts management instructions, policies, and procedures and identify areas for improvement · Ensure appropriate identification of bidders lists · Assist in the development of tender documentation and pre-qualification documentation · Record, register and assist in the response management for RFXs · Manage the development of commercial & technical evaluation methodologies · Manage project team with the evaluation process · Prepare and execute Purchase Orders · Prepare and execute Contracts · Contribute as required to department reporting needsSkills3.
