Process Engineer - PDH JobWork Location: KSA > Jubail An exciting opportunity is available forProcess Engineer - PDHLocatedin Jubail, KSAJob Purpose:Process Engineer is responsible on overall monitoring and enhance various plant operations.Role Responsibilities:* Provide plant operation with technical inputs and support for plant, Prepare different Heat & Material balance scenarios. * Evaluating plant process and evaluate changes proposed to design, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. * Working closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility. * Setting up scale-up and scale-down processes including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration. * Designing, installing and commissioning new projects, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting. * Perform process simulations, assessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models. * Perform risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, provide process documentation and operating instructions, develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. * Optimizing production by analyzing processes; troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, propose improved manufacturing processes and applying new technologies.Qualification and Requirements:* Bachelor?s Degree in Chemical Engineering * Minimum 5 years? experience * Catofin experience is preferred petrochemicals process familiarization.
