Job Description

Our client is now recruiting a?PRO-Public Relation Officer - Saudi National. This position will be based in?Western Region in Saudi ArabiaPerson Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Immigration/PRO position ; an experience working for multinational company in the same position will be preferred
  • Responsible for all administrative matters related to the office, apply for new licenses,?license renewals and visa for employees, maintain updated records of employees passport, labour contract, Iqama
  • Process documents such as trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices such as: Ministry of Labor, Ministry Of Health, Ministry of foreign affairs, Ministry of Economics,?Embassies, Notary Public
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both clients and Government;
  • Develop relationships with Government Departments in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently
  • Time management skills;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Labour Law and rules and regulations
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as online payments and processes to secure work permits, etc.
  • Excellent administration skills with previous experience managing administrative processes and tasks.
  • Multicultural sensitivity
  • Valid Driving License and clean driving record
  • Must be Saudi National;
  • Applicants who are already located Western region or willing to be based there;
  • Available at short notice is advantageous
