Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available forPrincipal Legal Counsel II, KSA Reports to GM, Legal located in Riyadh Job purpose: Litigate, arbitrate, and carry out all corporate work for TASNEE Group.Role responsibilities:

  1. Represent TASNEE group in all lawsuits before the court of competent jurisdiction.
  2. Represent TASNEE Group in all arbitrations and mediations.
  3. Handle all corporate matters for all the Group. Renewing the CRs, updating the bylaws, removing, and adding directors and board members. Attend to all matter of a corporate nature.
  4. Represent the legal department in committees, projects, and task forces.
  5. Prepare and review employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
  6. Provide advice to the HR on all employment matter.
  7. Provide advice on contracts and commercial matters.
  8. Assist with reviewing contracts and agreements.
  9. Any other matters of a legal nature assigned to him/ her.
Qualification and Requirements:
  1. LL.B. JD, or other equivalent degree from an accredited law school. LLM is a plus.
  2. 8 to 10 years? experience in litigation, drafting of Articles and Memorandum of Association. Incorporation, dissolution, and maintenance of companies. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and advising on HR matters.
  3. Good interpersonal skills, a team player, and details oriented.
  4. Efficient in reading and writing in both Arabic and English.
  5. Knowledgable with the court proceedings, excellent in litigating and arbitrating.
  6. Acquainted with coproate work at the MOCI and other specialized government agencies.
  7. Can juggle multiple tasks.
  8. Familiar with HR matters in an industrial company set up.
