Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.Prepares material and equipment specifications and purchase requisitions; reviews supplier data; witnesses shop tests, assists with assessing supplier manufacturing capabilities.
