Mechanical technicians inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mechanical systems used in the Slaughterhouse, such as Killing, Defeathering, evisceration machines, pumps, Gearboxs and motors.
Perform daily maintenance of poultry production plant equipment, and facilities.
Record and document maintenance daily and routinely.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.
